Our complimentary shuttle is available exclusively for guests parking at our Fulton location and cruising with the following cruise lines:

Norwegian Breakaway (NCL)

Royal Caribbean
This service ensures that your transportation to the port is hassle-free, so you can focus on enjoying your vacation from the moment you arrive.
Shuttle Schedule
Our shuttle operates on the following schedule:
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM: Shuttles run every 5 to 10 minutes.
3:00 PM to 7:00 AM: No shuttle service is available during these hours.
For customers parking during non-shuttle hours, you are welcome to seek your own transportation to the port.
Important Information
Eligibility: Shuttle service is exclusively available to guests parking at the Fulton location and cruising with Disney, Norwegian Breakaway, Carnival, or Royal Caribbean.
For Other Cruise Lines: Guests traveling on other cruise lines can still park at our Fulton location but will need to arrange their own transportation to the port.
Return Instructions: Instructions for your return shuttle, along with a contact number, will be included on your reservation receipt. Please refer to this information when you disembark to ensure a smooth return to your vehicle.

Arrival: Upon arrival at the Fulton parking lot, park your vehicle and check in at our office.
Shuttle to Port: Board our complimentary shuttle to your designated cruise terminal. Shuttles run frequently, so you won’t have to wait long!
Cruise Departure: Enjoy your cruise with peace of mind knowing your vehicle is securely parked.
Shuttle Return: Follow the return instructions provided on your reservation receipt to board the shuttle back to the Fulton parking lot.
